1. Uninstall the Autodesk product.
2. Make sure that you disable your Antivirus software during the installation.

3. Reinstall the Autodesk product.

Solution:

  1. Delete the .data file and allow the software to Auto-Activate.
    C:ProgramDataFLEXnetadskflex_00691b00_tsf.data
    C:ProgramDataFLEXnetadskflex_00691b00_tsf.data_backup.001
  2. You may need to manually activate the software.
  3. Start the product from the shortcut on the Desktop, not from some data files of the product.
  4. If the above doesn't help, rename 'C:Program FilesCommon FilesMacrovision Shared' folder and reinstall your Autodesk software.
    Note: This error could also be caused when LMU.exe is not running.   • In Startup Type, select Automatic
  • Click Apply and OK
  • Then Right click again and select Restart
